Online event: Corporate purchasing practices and the role of EU policies

The event "Business purchasing practices as a way to improve Human rights - what role for EU policies?" organized by the Fair Trade Advocacy Office and Traidcraft Exchange addresses the link between human rights and business purchasing practices. A particular focus is on the role of EU policies in improving corporate purchasing practices while paying special attention to the possibilities of the upcoming Sustainable Corporate Governance proposal.

The event will be jointly moderated by Anna Cavazzini and Bernd Lange, both Members of the European Parliament, and Lucrezia Busa, Member of the Cabinet of the European Commission's Commissariat for Justice and the Rule of Law.
