Better Together: Retail Collaboration to Advance Living Wages in the Banana Sector – 2nd edition

Once more GIZ and IDH cordially invite you to attend the second installment of the event series on the topic of living wages in the banana sector.

We aim to support retailers working on the subject to continue pre-competitive collaboration and alignment. The 2nd meeting of the “Better Together” series is meant to gather UK and European retailers to finalize the planed alignment for 2023 started in Berlin. Furthermore, we want to continue discussing common needs, envision common solutions as well as share learnings and best practices, this time around with a focus on closing LW gaps.

Based on the work we have been doing so far, we feel this is the right time to get together to celebrate progress while strengthening collaboration. Our goal is to increase efficiencies, facilitate processes for your supply chain partners and learn from each other.

We will host a half day in-person event on December 6th (1:00 – 5:30pm) in Brussels followed by the opportunity for a joint dinner.
