'Farmers' documentary series

Fairtrade International's documentary series offers insights into the lives of three smallholder farmers - from Indonesia to Peru.

They all face new challenges in their daily lives in the face of the global pandemic.
Banana farmer Roberto from Peru has already been affected by a Covid infection himself. Ponisih is a coconut sugar farmer from Indonesia and talks about her life between tradition and new role models. The third part of the series features Caroline, a coffee farmer in Kenya.
What their daily work mean to them and theri families and which cooperatives they benefit from - that's what you can see in three episodes about each farmer.
