UN Food Systems Summit

The UNFSS is part of the Decade of Action to implement the UN Sustainable Development Goals.

Following the three-day pre-summit last month, the main event of the UN Food Systems Summit (UNFSS) is now taking place at the UN General Assembly in New York. Virtual broadcasting makes the event accessible to all interested parties.
The summit aims to set the course for a transformation of the world's food systems.
These are strongly intertwined with global challenges such as hunger, climate change, poverty and inequality.
The goal, therefore, is to make progress on each of the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) with optimized food systems and advance their achievement by 2030.
